Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 16, 2026

Skyspace Institute ("Skyspace," "we") runs a private, non-clinical, virtual developmental program for young adults ages 16–19. It was founded by Michelle Thomson and Lucas Krump. This policy explains what information we collect through skyspaceinstitute.com, our webinars, our events (including LinkedIn Events), and our application process, and how we use it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the program, such as Zoom (sessions and webinars), LinkedIn (event registration), Webflow (our website), and Google (email and forms). We use them only to operate Skyspace. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Our program serves people ages 16–19. For anyone under 18, we collect application information with a parent or guardian involved. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example for the duration of a cohort and a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete it. Information from people who do not enroll is deleted when we no longer need it.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
